The fact is, balance can’t exisist without the movement… And riding is the art/sport/discipline that unifies two very different beings and their bodies within a movement.
To be a good rider you need to work a lot on your body awareness, coordination and core stabilisation. You have to be able to make controlled, subtile differences in your movement, your posture or muscle tone. You have to be a master of your emotions, feelings and thoughts as well.
Well, don’t lose faith or motivation, there is always a solution for you ;). Let me help you to achieve better seat, clear aids, to bound with your horse physically and emotionally.
You can sign in for a private lesson at our place, with our school horses or we can visit you on the place where you are situated with your horse. Let me help you to improve faster, easier and with having fun.
In the first lesson I acurately analyse your seat and your aids, your natural assymmetry and emotional patterns that interfere your progress. Together we establish your goals, discover your potentials and make a long term plan to be successful at riding as well working with horses from the ground.
After every lesson my riders always get homework exercises, often to do on the ground without the horse, so they have the possibility to improve faster without disturbing the horse.
I often videotape my riders during the lesson with their camera or phone to enable them to have a visual input, that’s usually better than 1000 teacher’s words. After the lesson we look together to the video and set the plan for the next step.
It’s very simple … You know that a rider and a horse are a good match, when they are beautiful to see together!
